Our advisory Council
AIRCE Advisory Council is a collection of Volunteer Leaders who are passionate and share our vision in transforming lives and communities. The members serve as thought partners and ambassadors, contributing to Fundraising, Advocacy and programmatic endeavors by providing expertise,access and insights.

Dr Muneinazvo Kujeke
Dr. Muneinazvo Kujeke has extensive expertise in training and analysis on African trends in governance, peace, and security. She has previously worked for the African Union Commission and the Institute for Security Studies. Currently, she is a Policy and Programme Manager at the Embassy of Ireland in South Africa, leading development cooperation projects. Dr. Muneinazvo has a PhD in Politics from the University of Johannesburg. She is also an alumna of the European University Institute’s Young African Leaders Programme. She has an extensive publication record in high impact publications including with International Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) in Ethiopia and ACCORD in South Africa.

Dr Siyabulela Mandela
Dr. Siyabulela Mandela is a Peace and Human Rights Activist. A descendant of King Ngubengcuka Aa Ndaba! of the Thembu Kingdom in South Africa’s Eastern Cape Province, he proudly carries the clan name “Madiba”—a title steeped in history and legacy.
He is currently a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Security, Peace, and Conflict Resolution at Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. He has held several international key positions internationally including Regional Manager for East and Southern at Journalists for Human Rights (JHR). He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from the Nelson Mandela University.

CPA Johnson Rithaa
Mr. Rithaa is a finance and corporate leadership professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy and economic empowerment. He holds a BBA (Finance & Accounting) from Kenya Methodist University and an MBA (Finance) from Meru University of Science and Technology. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), he is also trained in senior management, monitoring & evaluation, hotel management, and HR management. He is a member of ICPAK, KIM, and an associate member of IHRM.

DR DOUGLAS CHOTO
Dr. Douglas Garikai Choto is a Veterinarian with extensive experience in regulatory, public health, technical, and commercial sectors across Sub-Saharan Africa. He earned his veterinary degree from the University of Zimbabwe and has completed leadership programs in Africa, Europe, and the USA. Currently based in South Africa, he is also a devoted family man, Christian, avid golfer, and active participant in community development initiatives.
