This is our incubator program that allows the organization to maintain a delicate balance between our core mission while having the flexibility to respond to the complex policy issues that arise on the continent. This program also allows AIRCE to apply for grant funding for projects whose thematic areas do not fall under the PGCS and Livelihoods programs.
